West Central MN
SHRM consists of a group of human resource professionals from Douglas County and
the surrounding area who are committed to promoting professional development,
networking for constructive ideas and providing members with the awareness on
matters that affect the human resource profession. West Central MN SHRM is an
affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
This SHRM affiliate chapter has earned the prestigious Superior Merit Award for
its accomplishments in 2005 & 2006. This award recognizes excellence in
chapter operations and a commitment to providing meaningful programs and
services to its members.
Our monthly
meetings provide HR professionals with networking and educational
opportunities. In addition, we host an annual one-half day employment law
seminar.
