HR Professional Award of Excellence

2007 HR Professional Award of Excellence:

The West Central Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management  awarded Scott Arndt of Superior Industries, LLC with the 2007 HR Professional Award of Excellence.

Scott Arndt has been in the human resource-related field for 15 years.  His most recent 5 years have been with Superior Industries, LLC in Morris, MN as the Director of Human Resources and Staff Development.  Scott is deeply passionate about the success of others and helping create a culture of opportunity for all employees.

Scott’s focus has been on creating a culture of opportunity, which includes employee development and accountability, and then hiring and training staff to align with that culture.  As Scott puts it,  “As a leader, we have a responsibility to be wildly excited about the success of our employees and taking a vested role in creating those opportunities for our staff to grow and prosper.”  Scott loves working in the human resource field because of the opportunity to have a positive impact in so many people’s lives in the organization as well as in the community.  Scott is clearly making a difference at Superior as well as the Morris community
